The Trust is a not for profit organisation and registered charity whose primary charitable object is the ‘organisation and provision of facilities…for water related and other recreation…for the public benefit in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of persons who by reason of their youth and/or social and/or economic circumstances have need of such facilities.’

The Centre is presently open for use to members of the two Member Rowing Clubs – Globe RC and Curlew RC – who offer rowing to beginners and visitors. The Centre is also open for use by local schools and community groups by arrangement.

I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work on Saturday.   All my guests loved the venue and you even managed to get rid of the rain. The party was a big success and this was in no small part due to the venue and to you.
